第一部分, 先了解全球化對STEEP各面向的影響。這些發展趨勢如何影響企業行銷的經濟環境。再者, 匯率變化對於觀光旅遊產業有很大的影響，故了解國際金融環境的變化，如: 何謂匯率? 匯率變化如何影響廠商成本等議題。第三部分，了解面對全球化經濟環境下，廠商的產品策略及訂價策略，最後再了解如何評估廠商的營運狀況。
    最後，本課程會讓學生進行期末報告的方式，進行樂活產業(餐旅及健康養生)創業的產品／服務設計與財務規劃的期末報告。
