專案管理是將管理知識、技術、工具、方法綜合運用到一個專案計畫上，經由專案起始、計劃、執行、控制、結案五大程序的運作，方得以完成。本課程係先以專案管理之重要行為及企業應用趨勢為引導，再導入專案計劃之執行中應用普及之專案範疇管理、專案時間管理、專案成本管理、專案風險管理、專案人力資源管理及專案溝通管理等內容之教學，並輔以國際專案管理知識體系為基礎，深入淺出的帶領同學了解專案管理之精隨。
